may i please introduce you to the best independent couture house in amsterdam. i went in with my head full of ideas and then verbally assaulated the image in my head trying to explain it. she then designed and made the most beautiful wedding dress ever. she is accommodating (i bought my own fabric) and patient (i dragged in a ton of friends, my WHOLE family including 4 nieces and nephews, my mom and mother-in-law). she first created a mock dress and then the real thing. the price we agreed on was the final price, even as i was losing weight daily before the wedding and she was taking the dress in more and more. she envisioned my cape and designed my veil. i trusted her and she exceed my expectations.

you can eat and shop at the same time! she carries brands such as: camilla norrback, swedish hasbeens, yestocarrots, burtsbees and sophie giraffe. along with local designers. i can never leave without something new from this store! (jewelry, handbags, scarfs, shoes, clothing, cleaning products).
we are labels (center-ish. utrechtsestraat & 9 straatjes).
nice brands. trendy and their prices aren't too outrageous. update: i liked that this store sold different things at reasonable prices, however- they do not stand behind the quality of goods that they sell. if you buy something and it is defective, do not expect them to replace the item- even if they still have it in stock. buy at your own risk.

i haven't bought clothes here (they do carry good brands), but I do buy their home items and i always feel like i'm getting a good deal (especially on their sale stuff).
